Welcome to Mahogany Hill Homes, the premier and currently only eco-village about to commence construction on the tropical north coast of the exquisite island nation of Jamaica
Mahogany Hill’s houses are single storey family homes with two bedrooms and one bathroom, a sun/shade veranda, car park, and generous garden.
Many smart home features are included such as solar panels and pre-installed conduits and service areas to allow for retro fitting new technologies as they become available and the homeowner chooses.
All lots have space for house expansion subject to building approvals, meaning a home for your family not just now but far into their future.

Our Vision
We commit to reducing energy usage in our homes for their useful life and investing in the wider community we are part of. We grow native trees and plants to revitalise native wildlife in our tree nursery, working with local schools to educate and encourage sustainable development knowledge in children, and so much more. History
2015
2015... A chance meeting at a London Town Hall sparked an idea to combine renewable energy with high quality housing and satisfy two of Jamaica’s greatest needs.
2016
2016... Several trips from the UK to Jamaica sourced local partners and suitable development land.
2017
2017... Visiting the Parish of St Ann for the first time we fell in love with the area and chose the location for our first Jamaican eco-village.
2018
2018... Refining the concept, getting to know the wonderful Jamaican people and what they want and need.
2019
2019... Zoning approval granted, we purchased 18 hectares with amazing views to be known as Mahogany Hill.
2020
2020... Time to tell the world of our plans!
2021
2021... COVID. We stepped up with educational books and health packs for Chester School. Just one more way we put our money where our mouth is. Community is our mission.
2022
2022... Final approvals granted, now we shift gears from urban planning to refining the design.
2023
2023... We ask ourselves every day; would we live here? Yes!
2024
2024... Let’s build build build! Not just to live and survive but thrive and feel alive!

2025... The first handovers due! We can't wait to see the smiles and watch our community grow.
2026
2026... We dedicated several acres of Mahogany Hill for a tree nursery. This is a 5 year regrowing and replanting project post-construction to leave St Ann greener than when we arrived.
