  • 1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    By using this site and engaging with us or our services in any way you acknowledge that all sizes, distances, prices, exchange rates and any information whatsoever and howsoever presented portrayed or delivered is not guaranteed and must not be relied upon for legal or other purposes. Detailed sales contracts form part of transactional services between the company and the customer.
  • 3. Prices

    Effective 12th May 2024, please note that price is subject to certified escalation and subject to change without notice. The prices shown through the site reflect the price available at the current time, and supersedes any and all prior prices shown. We may offer promotional pricing, incentive pricing, loyalty discounts and other alternative pricing structures for some or all of our products and services to some or all of our customers from time to time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or extend such pricing at our discretion without prior notice and without obligation to inform any existing customers or prospective customers or to offer those updated terms to any existing or prospective customers. Currency/foreign exchange rates shown are illustrative only and not to be relied upon. Decisions made on prices are the responsibility of the buyer and subject to contract.

  • 4. Payment

    No house or other purchase of goods or services is complete until all relevant legal and financial due diligence has been completed and payment made in full and accepted as such by the company and confirmed to the customer in writing. Any transaction can at any time be deemed null and void for any reason, notwithstanding that all parties must act with goodwill at all times and use their best endeavours to complete all legitimate transactions in good order and at an appropriate speed. Purchasing a unit ‘off plan’ does not deliver the right of the customer to visit the construction site without prior permission from the company, and at no time can buyers or their representatives expect immediate access to the site at their discretion. Mahogany Hill is a construction site until completed, and health and safety rules apply at all times to all persons including to prospective buyers and their representatives

  • 5. Refunds

    If a transaction is cancelled or otherwise deemed null and void a refund will be due for payments made subject to deductions as stipulated in the relevant sales agreement or agreements.

  • 6. Homeowners Association

    All purchasers will be required to participate in the Homeowners Association including making such financial contributions as required from time to time. The Homeowners Association will be started by the company and upon completion of the Mahogany Hill development handed over in corporate form to the [211] residents/purchasers of the houses and lots. The Homeowners Association will be responsible for various long term maintenance of the Mahogany Hill site, including but not limited at the time of writing to community wifi, water supply and treatment, roads and sidewalks, community parks maintenance, security posts and fencing and associated staffing as the residents shall collectively determine through whichever system the residents agree at any given time and amended as the residents collectively agree at any given time. Where possible and practical services will be handed over to the responsibility of various government municipal and utility service providers.

  • 7. Construction Schedule and Handovers

    Mahogany Hill Homes is fully licenced to commence construction with all permissions in place. Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2024 and take approximately two years to complete. Various remedial works, tree replanting, landscaping will continue after this. The first homes will be sold ‘off-plan’ and handed over after each phase is completed and passed by the inspectorate.

  • 8. Views And Other Advertised Features

    Actual advertised views, sizes, distances and other features may vary. All houses/lots sold subject to buyer satisfying themselves of all factors including but not limited to views, sizes, distances, materials, features, finishes.

  • 9. Who We Are And What You Agree

    (i) The ‘company’ referred to herein is Wots Hot Energy Jamaica Limited company number 111511 registered in Jamaica and governed by the laws of Jamaica. The company trades under the name Mahogany Hill Homes for the purposes of this development and reference to one is also reference to the other. (ii) The address for legal servicing and serving of notices is: Unit 1, 5 Lady Musgrave Road, Kingston 5, Jamaica, W.I. (iii) For data protection issues please email [email protected] or use any of the contact forms contained within the website and mark your communication ‘For the Attention of the Data Protection Officer’ or write to the company at the above address. (iv) Use of this site or any materials produced by the company is deemed to be acceptance of and agreement with these Terms and Conditions and the attached Privacy Policy. (v) We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or otherwise alter access to some or all of the information herein at any time and without notice. We update the content regularly and can change or remove content at any time without notice. (vi) The visuals on this website are Architect’s impressions. The developer reserves the right to make minor changes as required. The furniture, accessories and decorations are for illustrative purposes only.
